going to look at a yj next week

hey guys, new to the jeep thing and had a few questions. Im going to look at a 93 yj next week. Is there any thing I should look for besides the obvious?
I have read about the rusting and the frame cracking. It already sits and 4.5 inch lift and I guess the guy put a new frame under it.The body is saying it has 200k on it but he says he swapped the motor out with with a lower mileage one and put a newer tranny in it. here are some of the thinks he has listed into it.spyder rock sliders detroit locker in rear with 4:10 gears slip yoke illiminator with wooodys drive shaft new tranny new frame 4.5 inch lift smitty built front and rear bumpers rear has tire carrier and front has warn w8000 winch teraflex revolver shackles hard top. the front end is completely rebuilt, has new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing. The rig has been in the woods before and he is throwing in a bunch of xtra stuff with it. Is there any thing I should look for?????????????? Thanks in advance guys!
