Half door weather stripping help.

Ok, So I have rebuilt this 87 jeep wrangler from the Tub up, I have replaced everything that was broke, or rebuilt it cuz some stuff you just cant buy!! I got the doors mounted, aligned, looks good!!! Then I put the "new" weather stripping on, and now the doors are REALLY hard to close, and are pushed out at the bottom. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? There is no adjustment at the latch or striker. Should I split the new seal so its not as thick? remove it completely and replace it with generic weather stripping? I swear this has me stumped.

You can adjust the striker bolt. Insert a Torx bit into the end and loosen it. You can then move it out some to compensate for the new seals.
