Hard door problem

My passenger side hard door when I'm going down the road kinda flaps some with the wind around the top and side of the actual door I welded the back side of the door because it was broken and it was doing this before I welded it. I ordered new weather strip last night. Can you adjust the jaws on the latch would that even help

The adjustment for in and out is the post that the door latches onto. It takes like a 45 or 50 torx bit. And lube the latch jaws up good with a quality graphite dust spray. It might not be going all the way in to the second click. Which is allowing it to rattle.

When I put new weather strip on mine, I had to adjust that post out toward the body, cause of the new rubber.

I didn't think about adjusting the post on the body. It's kinda like my door has come apart or something but i'll try that
