Hardtop weather stripping

I have a 94 YJ. It has a hardtop, and hard upper sliders. When I close the doors there is a gap between the rubber seals on the upper sliders, and the hardtop lip. There is also a gap between the windshield frame and the slider rubber seals. Every time it rains i end up with a deep puddle of water in the passanger side, and I am assuming its beacsue of this.

I havent been able to get a good answer at 4 wheel parts of what would work. Any idea on what or where I can get the weatherstripping parts that I need?

First I'd check if your doors are sagging. Over time they tend to drop down on the back and this may be why your uppers aren't sealing with the windshield frame. You can try loosening up the hinges while someone else lifts up the back of the door and then tighten them back up. New hinges might work too.
