Hared vibration in first gear..

Hello all, hoping you can help. When I am stopped and I put my yj in first gear I get this hard vibration at like 5mph. I don't know what could be causing it, no other mechanical issues so I'm wondering if it's me. maybe the way I'm working the clutch? Anyone have this issue?

Well first i meant hard.. Not hared.. Typing on cell phones isnt easy. And the word vibration perhaps is an understatement. This is a hard shaking of the entire truck. Sometimes its so hard that i have to stop accelerating and shift it up to second and go from there. I mean literally the entire truck shakes. What is clutch chatter?

Iys almost like when you drive over that grooved part of the highway that is there to wake yoy up if you drift off too far to the side... If that helps explain it.

Is it happening only in first gear? Or is there still slight vibration in the higher gears? Kinda sounds like a drive shaft issue but it could be clutch related
