Harmonic balancer HELP please

This is my 95 yj 2.5. it strangely got a little vibration at idle after coming back from 4 wheeling one day. i replaced one motor mount and a broken tranny mount and now the vibration feels worse. it kinda feels like the ac is on making the jeep idle low. but it idles at about 800 rpm. when i hit the throttle it vibbrates and shakes the jeep for a second untill it goes above 200 rpm. the engine is running really well. its not a missfire. i think my harmonic balancer may be causing this? it kinda looks like the rubber in the middle is squeezing out the front of the pully but im not sure if thats normal since it coming out all the way around. The balancer isnt broken and doesn't seem to be wobbling at all but i dont know the specs on how much is ok since a little bit may cause a lot of vibration. here is a picture and vid. http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/...balancer-1.jpg

X2 on the run out.....also check for misalignment of belts/pulleys/idlers..... this can cause similar issues...
