have a transmission question

Ok so doing some regular maintenance on t-case and was looking at the transmission and the skid plate I see see were the transmission mount is bloted to the cross member but parallel to that is a blot that is about 4 to 5 in long has a rubber bussing on the top and a flat washer that goes under it now this bolt rund through the cross member and the skid plate the bolt head is at the bottom of the skid plate along with the wide washer it looks factory and it was loose just dangleing under their and rusted up good I look in all my repair manuals and I can not find it and dont know what it is the skid plate is bolted up good and I dont see any thing loose but that bolt had to hold something up. Any ideas and I will. Take pictures and post just to dark now to do it

Transmission torque arm, maybe? I think it's to cushion the torque from the transmission.

Here is what it is supposed to look like.

But the stud goes through the skid nut and washer all the rest is above. It is a combination of rubber bushings to cushion the torque effect of the trans takes some of the torque strain off the motor mounts and if you are wheeling yours you should reinstall.
