Head light problems

I have a 1993 jeep wrangler and my head lights like to shut off while driving. They used to do it in high beams but now they are also doing it in low beam. I was just wondering what the problem could be?

I used to have the same problem, i changed the housing for the lights, and they work fine now, if it happens, just kinda hit the lights with your hand(not hard) and the should turn on.

The problem is the 3 prong connector in the light assembly. Unplug it and slightly spread them apart and plug back in, very common with sealed beam headlamps.

it dosen't hurt to clean them up,the connectors too, and put some dielectric grease on the to keep water out.
