headers

I have seen stainless headers on eBay for 150 bucks. Banks are like 3 times that much, there are a lot of options in between, but are the expensive ones worth it?

its all about quality and materiel used. Some use ceramic coated, and different types of stainless steel grades. From with i read if ur not looking for some nice shinny stuff under the hood go with ceramic it had better heat transfer and is more durable.

Header, there is only one...

IMO: Ceramic are the types I would get.
I had a set of ceramic coated Edelbrock TES headers and cat forward setup on an 88 5.0L Camaro, after 6 years they never discolored (Or leaked)....

You CAN get any brand ceramic coated, so pick the brand that performs the best and have that JET coated....

I have the Banks Header and Cat-back exhaust. Ive had them for almost 300 miles and I cant complain. Better than my stock header, which was cracked.

I looked at specs on cheaper ones, most are 1.5" inlet on each cyl. Banks doesn't have dimensions for theirs. I will probably go cheap and bitch about them later...
