heater cable routing?

I'm putting the dash together in my '93 yj and im not sure about the cable routing. I have the one for the mixer going out to the right, then 180 deg turn down and back across the bottom of the dash to the control box. The one for the vent flap is routed across the dash behind the defrost tube, wraps around the steering column behind the pedals then to the heater box. Am I on the right track? Thank you for any assistance!

Thank you for the helpful picture, Joker! I'm still a little confused though. I'm okay with the blend gate and defrost gate cables, but I can't figure out the vent gate cable. From the vent gate, it runs up the tub, across the the top portion of the dash to a clip behind the speedo. From there I need to wrap it down to the control box, but after that clip it runs into a bunch of stuff. I can't tell if it supposed to wrap around the steering column or column brace, or if it runs above everything. I've routed it a couple different ways but I seem to bind it to much to function smoothly.
I'm not sure how well you can see up there with the dash put together, but I would appreciate it if you'd take a look to see if you can see that cable next time you're in your jeep. Did I even describe that very well?

Yeah I am done for the night. That was the cable I had to replace and it sucked. I actually removed the drivers seat to get my fat ass in there and get it done. It was difficult but possible for an old man to get her done. I will see if I can c=go out and get some info and a pic Thursday when I get off work.

That would be great if you could get me a pic or even a description of how yours is routed. I know its a pain to see up there, I have my seats out too.

You're lucky you could find the cable. I've looked online, at the dealer and at a jeep junk yard. I can find the other two but it doesn't seem anyone wants to reproduce that long one. I had to rig mine up with a sleeve and a couple clamps but it seems it will hold.

Thank you again

Go on eBay and look for the cables. I got the whole panel & 3 cables no problem. I will get some pics shortly.

Yeah, I've seen the set of cables with the controller on ebay but I'm really only looking to get the one cable. I figure what i have will work for now and i'll keep an eye out for one to change it out when I change my speakers in a few months.
Whenever you can get pics would be great. I'm changing my tub so I have plenty to work on while i wait
