Help!!!

any electrical gurus out there???I got a problem..i removed my fasctory installed optional alarm system because it wouldn't shut off. had to disconnect horn to get it to quit beeping, but it kept killing my battery... so now I need to reconnect my ignition and starting system...I have a red(power??) and two grey /black (brake switch???) in one connector and a green ?? purple?? and yellow into another connector which share a common connector block on top of the steering column 91 YJ

Just so you know..I figured it out..they had run an extra constant voltage wire from the ignition to power the alarm...and did a funny jump on my starter solenoid..once I figured that out it was a matter of finding which pubs on the solenoid did what...now I just gotta rewire my dashboard lights
