Help!!! Loosing power on the highway

lately I have been feeling like I have been loosing power on the highway. It kind of feels like I am not getting gas. When this happens I slam on the gas and it catches again.

I just changed my spark plugs and wires but that is not the problem. Could I possibly need my fuel pump replaced?

Is it a consistent problem or does it come and go, more frequent with low fuel level, more common straight line or when turning? Could it be some crap in the tank?

hook up a fuel psi gauge and watch the pressure as your driving. Could be crap in the lines or fuel pump. check that stuff first.
