--HELP!!--need help with 4wd vacuum line!!!

Just got this jeep a couple months ago for my 17th birthday and have been working on it since so im not by any way a jeep expert. while changing the carb to a weber i disconnected the 4x4 vacuum ball thinging and threw it away and now the 4wd doesnt work.. so i bought another one off line but im not 100% sure which vcuum lines go to it. if anyone know please help. if u have pictures that would help... Thanks!

That is a vacuum res and not really needed. I think in the stickies there is a vac diagram. Check front actuator on the axle. Is it getting vac? If not no 4wd.

Your 4wd line is a thin red vac line that tee'd from the line going to that ball. You don't need that ball but you NEED vacuum on that red vacuum line so just run a rubber line from that red one to your carb

I just did the mod to eliminate the need for the Vacuum 4wd. Its easy and worth it.
