Question HELP!! One brake light works and one does not???

I have a 1995 wrangler, one of my brake lights work but the other one does not????? Also I noticed that the side that does not work also has a weak running light, its not as bright as the other one???? I have tried replacing the light bulb, light box and this is leading me to beleive it is a wiring issue???? Anyone with suggestions I would appreciate it.

Thanks

get a volt meter and check your grounds, You want them to be less than 2 ohms. If they aren't then you wont have bright lights.

Do this by clamping one end of the meter to your Neg terminal and then touching the other to your ground points. A good meter goes for about 50 bucks and no one should be without one.
