Angry help please

ok im kinda new to this jeep thing just got a 92 with a chevy 350 1 ton chevy axles and all that stuff love the truck now the bad when i hit the brakes all the turn signals light up on the outside of the jeep but none of the indicator lights light up and i have no turn signals at all checked fuses relays grounds no trailer wiring on it dash has been modified all gauges were replaced i need some help with this and i have about 14 yrs of mechanical experiance traced wires from steering colum if i supply 12 volts to the harness i get left and right but the brake overides all the signals front and back

Have you tried messing with the dimmer wheel? I know some people have problems like this and for some reason it's the dimmer wheel.

not yet first i got to figure out how to get it in the garage we have way to much snow someone said the turn signal switch is probably bad but everything else on the switch works going to try the wheel right now

Not the dimmer wheel all gauges have been replaced also

Sounds like the relay that controls those circuits is tied into the brake switch for power, I've seen this slot before with these conversions, so trace the wires from the steering colum to the relays, and look for any wires that are tied into the brake switch jumping into that relay. People normal use a jumper wire to connect their brake light circuit and causes this problem alot. Pardon the corrections, I use an itouch app for this forum.
