help please, O2 sensor?

Hello all, 91 wrangler 6cyc auto. She wont rev past 2500RPM and the engine keeps bucking and bogging down, replaced oil and filter, tranny fluid and filter, and fuel filter. Did the self diagnostic and it gave me two codes, o2 sensore and o2 sensor running lean, does it sounds like replacing that will fix this problem? Thanks so much for your help/time.

If you have over 88,500 miles it has to be replaced anyway.
