high idle

well iam back iam still haveing problems with high idle ive check all vacume hoses and replaced some of them but still idleing high i have an 1989 jeep wrangler 2.5L its idleing about 2000 rpm

Fallwell is on a distinguished road
i am having the same problem with my 98 wrangler 2.5
my steering pump went out and after changing it out with a new one and starting my jeep back up my rpms will not drop below 2000 iv cleaned my t/b and changed the tbs out checked all vacuum lines and i cant find the issue.
