High Volume Oil Pump or regular?

I need to replace the rear main seal, and I am trying to decide if it is worth it to replace the oil pump with a High Volume pump or stick with a regular oil pump.

Currently my 4.0L has 160,000 miles and after it has warmed up I'm only getting 18psi at an idle. I verified that with a mechanical gauge.

1993 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 5spd

Thanks

They are great for extra volume but my experience with abc motors they put extra wear on the distributor shaft. Will help maintain good flow and may improve the declining pressures associated with an aging engine.
