Hoses "y" connected behind carb - 1990 yj base

Trying to identify 3 hoses. They are connect behind the carb and are connected to a "y" split. 1 hose connects under the washer reservoir. This one was disconnected?

Any help on these would be great.

Coming off the bottom of the carb, and going to under the windshield washer bottle, would be a vacuum hose, and it would be going to the charcoal canister to give it vacuum.

The charcoal canister is where the vent lines from the fuel tank lead to, and this vacuum hose allows the fumes from the tank to be used up instead of going nowhere.
