How do i tell the difference? stall issues

Hey everybody, i am a newbie and would first of all like to say that your posts have so helpful during all my troubles with my new 91 2.5 yj. I have read all the posts and cant tell the difference if i need a tps or cps for my issue. my original problem was my yj would stall and not start immediately. i replaced the fuel pressure regulator and somewhat fixed the problem. then same issue cam up, found gas and oil gunk in my air filter. cleaned gunk and new filter, now my exhaust wasnt running rich anymore and im all better. then i took it out for a test drive and it wants to stall when i am coming to a stop by then rebounds up then back to normal idle. there are posts to replace cps or tps. any help would be appreciated.
