how do i tighten down drivers side plastic valve cover?

this is my first jeep as u can see by all my questions.im putting the motor back together and theres nothing to hold down the drivers side of the valve cover.or am i missing something?any help would be appreciated

there should be two flared nuts that will hold that side down. Do you remember taking any off on that side?

When I got the motor it was back together as a long block and I had to put on the accessories intake etc. I don't think those nuts were on the head studs. Where can I find them or buy them? Is there anything else I can do to solve this? This is my last step before I can start it up. I need somekind of solution
