How to get some more flex

This is my first 4x4 and so far its done great but I want to get some more flex out of it. I was off roading today and kept going on 3 wheels because of the ruts, no matter what lines I tried. My friend with a Cherokee 6 inch lift and 35's (yes I know its bigger then mine) with coils in front flexed over everything just fine. I am thinking of getting quick disconnect sway bars but what else can I do to help my leafs suspension travel?

Currently I have

3 inch suspension lift 33-12.5 tires

Ditch the trac bars and get sway bar discos or ditch them both. I have 3.5 inch springs, I dont run sway bars or trac bars and I gained like 3-4 inches of flex just removing those. Depending on what brand the springs are they might flex well and might not... I took my flares off and cut an inch off the fender and put the flares back on and it gave me a little more room to twist. A locker will make a huge difference too. Spartans are on sale right now and take like an hour to install.

The night I got it.Thats all the flex it had. Notice the burn out from picking up a tire...

After trim and sway/trac bar removals and rear locker. Same stump, no picking up a tire or spinning and my tire is like a foot higher on the stump...
