how to install leaf spring polyurethane bushing

Wondering if someone could give me some help on how to install old man emu bushings on my rear leaf spring. There are six yellow bushings. I only need 4, what are the other 2 used for ?
There is only one metal sleeve insert, shouldn't I need 2 of them for each end of the spring ?
One last question. The new leaf spring eye have one end larger than the other. Does the big eye end go on the back part of the jeep or the front ?
Probably stupid questions. This is a link to the bushing I have

I would think that what actually arrives in the package is (8) bushings and (4) sleeves. Two bushings and a sleeve at each end of the leaf spring. The two bushing halves ride on the sleeve with the bolt through the middle. Don't remember which end has the larger diameter off the top of my head. Will be pretty obvious once you pull the first leaf down.

should have 4 bushings per spring and 2 sleeves per spring, big end go's at frame mount smaller end to rear. Could be generic pic, call and ask what's in the kit.

Thanks. That is the exact bushings they sent. Total of 6 yellow and one metal sleeve. I have 4 kits, one for each spring.
