i need help with motorcraft carb

Ok so im in the process of putting my motorcraft carb on and i cant figure out what to do with the throttle bar (i guess thats what u wanna call it) its attached to there gas pedal. It isnt long enough to reach it any help please maybe even some pics thanks

you're going to have to fabricate some kind of pulling mechanism for your 2100 throttle linkage. bolt some L brackets from Lowes or Home Depot onto the throttle arm on the carb and automotive stores should have a ball connector for the end of it. can you get us some pictures? the throttle linkage should reach even if there's no where to attach it to.

if you have a fax number i can send you a complete how to on the mc 2100 .
including the linkage hook up and setting the air fuel ratio
