I need just a little more lift - will shackles do work?

I have a 92 YJ with a 4" rough country lift and 2" body lift. I've done some minor fender trimming but could use about 1 more inch of lift to really beat my 35s.

I am running stock length shackles currently. If I get a set of extended shackles (like daystar 1 & 1/4 lift shackles) is there any thing else I need to be concerned with? or does anyone have any other suggestions to get another inch or so without doing a SOA?

I have a more stage 1 steering correction kit, 6" extended brake lines and I will be doing an SYE if I do the shackles.

Tube fenders will give you more clearance up front without anymore lift.

I did some flat fender flairs and trimming. The front isn't an issue. The back is more of a problem. I'm going to do a bit more trimming but I could still use about and 1-1&1/2 more to be safe.

So I'm still thinking suspension as I am running out of room to trim...

I am running a set of 1" shackles from rugged ridge. I also have 4" suspension and 2" body, but I only have 33's. There still doesn't look like enough room for 35's in the rear without trimming. If you have trimmed then it may be good. They were around $60 from 4wheelparts. I used my original brushing.

I haven't adjusted my bumpstops. Just what came with the 4" kit. I don't remeber what it came with in the back. I haven't thought of that route. I'll take a look and see if that's an opnion. Good advice, thankyou.
