Idle vibration (clutch engaged) after replacing alternator

I have a 92 yj 4 cylinder manual. I replaced the alternator today with success and after starting it up I noticed a vibration in the cab. It only does it when idling, clutch engaged or not. It's not a slight vibration, it's pretty hard. I bolted everything back in place properly after installing the new alternator and the belt is nice n snug.
My wife's YJ actually has a bad vibration as well and I haven't figured it out either. Hers is automatic but vibrates while idling same as mine.
Anybody have some opinions on what it COULD be? Thanks!
