Installing a hard top on a '92

I have a '92 with a rag top on it and decided to put a hard top on it. After some horse trading, I now have a YJ hard top and a pair of older CJ-7 doors along with a CJ-7 rear lift assembly. Does anyone know of a write up page on the needed modifications to make this mess work?

I had a CJ7 top on my YJ tub. I simply opened the rear door a little while shutting the gate at the same time to make it work.

The lift gate is not bolted up to the top and by measuring the hinge locations, it's not going to either.
