Exclamation Is it the Death Wobble?

Anytime I am accelerating in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd the entire thing shakes and takes a little while to pick up speed. I'm guessing this has to do with suspension issues as written on a page solely dedicated to educating Jeepers about such a problem (Yucca-Man: Death Wobble).

If this is not the case, please give me some insight as to what it could be other than the common culprits of the DW. I just don't want a wheel falling off or something breaking when I'm on the highway or even on a nice cruise.

From what I've seen here, check your u-joints and engine mounts. I'm sure others will chime in.

You do not have death wobble the term is used way to often in jeeps for ever little vibration. What RPMs are you shifting at?

Thank you for the input, everyone. I'm glad it's not the DW. I only know what terms mean by description, not by experience.

So, if I used Duralast U-joints, would that be a possible culprit? I'll get the ball joints and brushings checked out on Wed, I have a buddy who builds these things.
