jeep stalled, no electrical

I have a 1990 wrangler I6 and have had a couple of weird stalls. Afterwards I wont have any electrical at all. No clock or anything. While walking around the vehicle to check in the engine, it seems to slowly come back (electrical). At first turning it over will just kill all electrical again and within about 5 minutes of trying, the electricity will miraculously stay on and eventually turn the engine over. I had it happen the other day, and it eventually did turn over and hasn't happened since. Does this sound familiar to any one? brandon

Check your fuse box for signs of any fluid dripping on it. Could be from windshield, master cylinder, etc. Pull a fuse or two and see if there is corrosion on the fuses, or on the contacts in the box itself.
