Jeep Will not start when wet/rainy out...

Hey guys I just put in a new fuel pump about a month ago (the old one was crapping out and would not allow my jeep to start) and the Jeep is running great! Well at least on dry days! For some reason when my jeep sits out in the rain it will not start. It will crank all day, but it will just never fire. After the rain leaves (and my Jeep dries) I can go out and it will fire right up. I have no idea what the problem could be. All I could think of is that something is getting wet and it will not work until it dries out? Any help would be amazing! Thanks so much! Oh, also it is a 1995 Wrangler 4 cylinder.

no start

Go out at night with a spray bottle of water,a buddy, and a flashlight.Raise the hood and spray down the coil, dist. cap, and wires with the water.Have your buddy turn the engine over while you watch under the hood in the dark.If you see a spark under there light it up with your flashlight and see what is causing it. Your buddy is handy to have around in case you want to stick your hand in there and grab what is sparking, he can help you get up off the ground.
