jeep wont crank

so, after i get the jeep put all back together from taking the interior apart, having a liner sprayed, replacing the rusted out dash and fixing some cracks in the floor. i go to crank it yesterday and it will not fire. it turns over just fine but will not fire. pulled all spark plugs, cleaned and checked them. they're fine. pour som gas into the throttle body and if finally sputters a little. but wont crank and run.... seems to me that fuel pump isnt working. can seem to find a fuse or relay for the fuel pump, but i know that i have 3 connections under tha dash that i cant seem to figure where they go. one, i'm pretty sure is just for the lighting on the tach. but the other two not positive. could either of these be a problem? also, i un-installed an alarm that was on the jeep. could that have something to do with it? jeep is a 91 4.0L. this does have electric fuel pump correct? or is it mechanical

if it wont crank id check into the alarm missing ...........if it cranks and wont turn over id lean more toward fuel pump.....is one of connections "positive" when the ignition is turned in the start position ?

i did disconnect that fuse block, but am pretty sure its connected back good..... good idea on checkin to see if any of those connections are hot, but none of them are single wires, so it'd be hard to check.

possibly the alarm could be the culprit. removing it could have opened a circuit required for ignition power. look on line for alarm schematic for your system wiring.
