Jeep Wrangler will not start

I am in need of a little help. I have a 1990 Jeep Wrangler with 4.2L. My Jeep will not start. Actions taken are listed below:
-Had Alternator checked it passed.
-Had starter checked it passed.
-Checked to make sure there was spark from the coil.. It does..
-Put gas in the carborator it is sounded like it wanted to start it even popped a few times but again no go.
-Have the battery on a charger right now.
-Put in new ignition control module.

The engine does crank when battery is charged and on jumper cables. Please any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

fuel pump, filter or old gas?

has the jeep been sitting for a while or did the problem just show up?
