leaking steering fluid

I'm leaking where the shaft from the steering wheel enters the box...looks like a seal maybe. Is this fixable or replace/upgrade warented?

Sounds like a seal to me. Check quadratec.com and see. They may sell seal kits to put in.

Get a seal kit most anywhere and yes repairable takes a couple of hours to remove do the kit and install.

Try lucas power steering stop leak. Works wonders. Not a permenant fix but gives you time without having to add fluid a lot.

I having been limping a bad, leaking steering box for 2 years. LOL!
