Question Lift kit

Hello guys! Im looking at doing about a 4 in (plus or minus) lift in the spring so right now I'm shopping around. Im looking at RE. The 4 inch is under the standard lift kit but anything above that is the heavy duty kit. I only do moderate wheeling, nothing too crazy. Would the standard kit be what i need?

along with the lift I'm doing 33 1250 15 bfg all terrains. Im buying new wheels with them and was curious what would be a good brand. I want more of a basic rim thats black. Thinkin steel? Thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

I got a rough country lift on eBay to my door for under $500 brand new and it was compleat kit I have 33 in tires on black steel wheels. IF you go over 4in lift you will need a slip yoke eliminator kit
