Lift Kits?

Hello, I am looking for a lift kit for my 90 YJ. I was thinking about getting 2.5" lift and 31" tires, but what brands are good for the lift kits and what the major difference by different sizes?

Thanks

I have a 2.5" Rubicon express lift and I'm very happy with it, highly recommended.

that is what I am saving for (the Rubicon Standard lift with shocks ~$780). You can get a better one like Old Man EMU, but it is also a couple hundred dollars more expensive. A guy who is one of the guides to the Jeep Jamboree recommends the EMU for rock climbing type of trail riding.

I just put a zone 2" lift kit on mine and I run 31s. I highly recommend it. Same springs as BDS and the Jeep rides just like stock. I paid 500 for the kit with shocks

Old Man Emu...do your research, and you will run OMU I've owned YJ's since 1993 and tried several cheaper lifts, the tried the OME and it was the best, shocks designed for Jeeps and leafs didn't sag after a year...
