hey just put a 2.5 rc lift on. what do you think?

Looks good, was looking at doing the same one but decided to throw the 4" RC yesterday, i agree its stiff... but damn it looks mean now

thanks. oh nice i wish i could do the 4 but them id definitely have to do an sye/cv shaft. but i have over a 4 inch lift including the 2in shackles. and i agree with the meanness

If it's riding stiff and bouncy, try loosening up your shackles a bit. It also could be due to the RC shocks. They aren't the greatest things in the world.

Loosen all of your shackles (leaf end and body end) up all the way around till they are good and loose. Next, jump on each corner of the bumpers (the suspension will cycle). Once you have cycled the suspension a few times, grease the shackle points (hopefully, you greased the RC bushings/sleeves when you installed the lift). Tight to spec and drive. Sometimes the suspension gets pinned.

ok thanks. but theres no way for me to be able to tell how much ive tightened them

how much lift did you gain? I just put the same lift on mine Sat and gained a bit over 5 inches...before....[IMG][/IMG]

i got about 3 out of it. that doesnt look like 5

yeah, just had extended shackles on it...measured front of front fender to ground and back corner to ground. maybe i got more because of the 4 banger?
