spring over will get you about 4-5" of lift depending on what shape your stock springs are in. You also need to be able to weld and custom fab a few things. For keeping it simple a 2.5" spring under lift and a shackle lift under 1" looks good.

A cheap route could be 1-1.5" shackle lift, and a 1" body lift. Gets you a little more for under $200 if you buy the shackles. If you make them then even less.

SOA would not be the easiest or the cheapest depending on who you ask but it is a great option. It will net you more than your want.... but its an option.

Also by doing a SUA, even a 2.5" lift you may have driveshaft issues. I did, which is more money either for a sye and cv driveshaft or a transfer case drop.

The nice thing about a new lift is you get new springs. Lotsa options really.

You could even do a 3" body lift but some frown on those. Up to you really.

I would stay away from body lifts...

SOA is quite lengthy and very involved. I wouldn't SOA a Dana 35 rear axle, it's not worth the time or money. A simple 2.5" OME lift will lift it plenty high, and since they're high quality springs they won't sag for a long time. Driveshaft issues vary, some get them, others don't. The easiest way to avoid driveshaft vibes would be to drop the transfercase a bit, or for a more involved conversion, convert your t-case to SYE.

Thanks alot for the input guys! Im new at this so im a still tryin to figure out all the abbreveations.lol SOA, SUA, OME. I really wanted to stay away from the body lift though. With a shackel lift, wouldnt my springs still be as low as they are now? Seems like they are really low. The guy I bought it off of done a reverse shackel on it if that maks any sence. Not really sure why but he put the front shackels behind the axle and the back ones in the front. Is there a benifit to this? Thanks again for all the help,
