Honestly I have no clue! Burnish pull one out and take it to a local auto parts store and see if they can match one up for u. Also check quadratec.com and surch something like dash lights or something. They also have a live chat with a representative if you need help finding something. Just tell em what u need and they will find it for you.

Quadratec has them. I got them awhile ago but I don't remember the #. I think they came in a pack of 4.

Check the bulbs with a couple of test leads first. The PVC pathway may be damaged or dirty. Most of my lighting didnt work either until I cleaned all the contacts. Now everything is good.

When I have a bulb that I think there might be a problem I just replace it. A cheaper way is to swap it out with another on the vehicle that you know works.
