lighting problems 1992 2.5 4x4 wrangler

Good afternoon,
i was wondering if anyone experienced this electric problem?
i have a 1992 4x4 2.5 wrangler first my regular beams dont work when i switch it on only the rear lights go on the headlight doesnt but the high beams work , and while the headlight switch is on the signal lights start acting up, it only blinks in the rear and on the fenders it either blinks slowly or not at all the fronts dont blink but when the head lights are off all signal lights work fine. i got a brand new headlight switch and signal switch but its doing the same thing. anyone experience this or know what to do to resolve this problem?
This is my first jeep so dont know much about how the electrical in it, but im knoledgable with toyota pickups the jeep lighting system is new to me.
Thanks guys and gals

Yeah I have seen a few of these. Go under the hood and where the back of the headlights are (cans) there is a single ground wire from the harness for the headlights. Remove the small bolt/screw and scrape a little paint where it sits on the metal and clean the terminal ends and reinstall.

For the rears take the lens out and you will see three mount bolts to the tu for the light assy. Remove and do the same thing back there. Re assemble and see what you get. While everything is apart make sure all the bulbs are good and the right numbers.
