Lining up door/hardtop/rollbars/windshield

I had to put my windshield down to get to my wipers. I put it back up and it seems the driver side door isn't closing snug like it was before. The door hits the the bolt connecting the roll bar to the windshield. I'll try to get pics up.

Also, when I was putting the hard top back on, the drivers side was back about 3/4", like the hardtop was resting off the rear of the frame just a bit. The pass side was fine and the door closes fine.

Looking from the outside, there is also a gap from the top right of the door to the hardtop.

Windshield is not back all the way, something is prob. under it on the left, gasket wrench, ink pen, something! or the hinge is way out of adjustment.

If the windshield is not back all the way, why would the door be too far forward? Could it be too far back?

OK I took that the door gap was at top, It can be back too far back, check the adjustment on the hinge.

When I had put my windshield down I had noticed the pass. side was sitting on it's resting spot on the hood, but the driver side was hovering above it. So it appears the windshield is not straight across. So when I put it up the pass side is fine, but the driver side is back too far, leaving the hard top on the drivers side to be back too far, and the door to be too far forward for the ht. So what I need is the windshield to be pushed forward on the drivers side. Any ideas?
