little bit of help please

So I got Steel Horse upper doors for my half doors. I know they are out of business and I can't get the sleeves anywhere around here unless used. Anywhere I can get the threaded sleeves that you all know of? Or, is there a way to convert the new snap sleeves into threaded ones? I am in need of them to sell my upper doors.

Any help would be appreciated.

I only had my Steel Horse sliders and half doors for a short while but I thought the factory door inserts were made to put a nut in the little spring thingie on the lower end.

I did a redneck install on my sliders by dropping split lead anchors (for concrete) into the door pockets and bolting the sliders down with 3/8" (I think) x 5" lag bolts. It actually worked quite well.

Thanks for the idea. I'll have to try that out. I am trying to sell them, and since my sleeves are in terrible condition, the guy who looked at them last night didn't buy them. It's frustrating.
