Mosquito Control, Smoking BAD

I have a 1990 yj with a 2.5, LOVE it. But I overheated the engine bad and had to replace the waterpump as the old one would not hold any water. I changed the thermastat and oil and filters as well. Now the jeep smokes sooo bad I kill mosquitos everywhere. I also have a trail of oil leaking from the engine. The smoke is coming threw the interior vents and under the engine. I think the head gasket is blown but dont know?? any advice would be appreciated, thanks. Happy Holidays......

What Color is the smoke? White is steam and blue is oil? Hope that helps. If white have someone pressure test cooling system. If oil most likely bad valve seals, clogged oil return in head or bad Piston and Rings. None of these are a easy fix. Sorry.

Do you oil sprayed anywhere under the hood, as a clue to what side of the motor, high or low, and etc?

Thanks, the oil is coming from around the top drivers side of the engine. By what i think is the oil pressure sending unit.Originally I thought it was the sending unit leaking.Truck is loosing coolant as well as oil.Not really loosing it as u can find the oily/watery mix under the engine. Do u think?I can put some of that head gasket repair solution in to allow me to get the truck to my garage??Again Thanks, n Happy Holidays

sounds bad .get a manual,do a compression test .do the pressure test on cooling system.start looking for a used engine .just from experience.I got lucky on the 2 eng i bought ,89 eng for 150 bucks runs better than my 97 and 95 eng 2.5
even the 6 bangers are easy to change .Ive got it down to about 6hrs out and in,running. the best thing is theres a ton of room in a jeeps eng compartment.
