motor swap 258 out of cj

I have an 88 yj that I blew the motor up in and I was going to rebuild it but I found a 75 CJ-5 down the road that has a 258 that has just been rebuilt but sitting for a couple of years. The motors not froze up. I was wondering if the blocks were the same, if all the accesorys would bolt up, for example power steering pump, AC, alternater. My block number is 444 the cj is 7445. Has anybody had any experience with this. I can get the whole rusted out cj for a 100 bucks. Thanks for any info.
