motor with a slight miss

I just purchased a 2000 wrangler with a 4.0 that has a slight miss when the a/c is on. It idles smooth with the air off but once the a/c is on it will miss alittle every now and then at idle. It does not have a constant miss and does not miss at all when going down the road with the air on. Any help would be appreciated.

How many miles are on it and it never hurts to do a fresh tune up on a new to you vehicle so you know whats in there. Could be the TPS( throttle position sensor) needing a good cleaning aswell as the AIC ( auto idle control) both are on the throttle body. I'm not very versed on the TJs but hope this helps..
