Well what's up everyone I have a 1989 Jeep wrangler YJ 2.5L stock i've been working on my project for about 3 months I got it for free from my dad he had it in the back just sitting there and the people told him that the it needed a new head gasket, transmission and transfer case so got that and since that i've needed new crank sensor, water pump, spark plugs and cables, battery, the whole clutch kit with everything, brake system, steering tie rod and ends, new dash and I think thats pretty much it but I will have some pics while the project goes.
What size of tires are those? Nice Jeep! Keep them pictures coming in

Well an update on my yj project got some good stuff went today to get the stuff for the interior got some Rhino liner and Por15 and then the lift came in today I got a Rough Country 4 inch lift and so this weekend starting to cut and weld the bad rust holes
I figure id update the thread since its been pouring rain for the last 2 hours! I was able to grind and cut a couple of areas that needed attention. Early on I thought I only had 2 spots but after tearing into it we found a few more. I'll post a few pics of what Iv'e done so far and later update this with the pics of all the metel patching. Hopefully it will stop raining soon so I can get back on it!
yup, the 3pm down pours are no joke! Sunday was a beach day for me so no worky on the jeepy and of course the weather was awesome all day. Today was no different I got started and by 2 it started and didn't stop for 3 hrs
I was able to get some stuff done so it wasn't a total waste...cut some more areas behind the roll bar and 2 more pieces on the floor. After the rain got to do a little welding too. Here some pics of the cuts didn't get pic of the welding because it was dark already.
Well it has been awhile since I updated the forum so here's a little of what's been happening so I finally finished all the I think it was 15 holes and patched them all up. Right now is ready to prep to paint I'm going with a metallic grey it should look good!
Alright so update all the patched holes we have bondo the little holes from the welds and then the little dents here and there we have bondo them too. It's coming along the goal for this weekend is to have it done for prep to paint hopefully with no interruptions of friends coming over. Thanks for the comments guys!
