Not talking about the overall width, I was asking about the distance between the spring perches, how far apart are they compared to the d35??

Not sure. I cut mine off before putting the new ones on because I was doing spring over.

There is a kit for this with a truss and coil mounts. Welds in with shock mounts too.

Hey Denis, i just thought i would commend you for a color choice in your paint, as you can see i chose the same color, as well as the same paint, took me a 12pk of spray cans, but with the ceramic paint i think it turned out ok.

Jesus, dude! That is green!

I like the black and green together, though I couldn't do that much green. I prefer it as an accent. That said, the ceramic paint is great... covers well... doesn't run. I like it.

Thanks! Mine will be a DD once it's back up and running. I only drive 3 miles each way to work on very slow moving streets, so no worries there. I'm probably going to retire my S10 to winter only driving and trade off between the Jeep and a rat rod/hot rod project as my DD.

I daily drive mine everywhere! The only thing I keep in it for safety in regards to handling is the sway bay. I can't figure out what the big deal is. It sucks gas, but it beats the hell out of the wife's Altima.

Does your rig fit through that garage door as it sits now?

Not at all. It barely fit on 33s with just the body and shackle lift. It's about 6" too tall now to clear.

Good to know. Also, did you use the stock upper shock mounts front and rear? If you went out board in the back, what mounts you use?

I did. They seemed to be good places, so went with them. The new shocks I got (Bilstein 5150s) were a lot longer (and that the extra reservoir) so I had to cut out some sections of the mount, but yeah.. that's what I used up top.

I am not sure if I posted this in this thread, but I used a Teraflex bar for the upper with mine. Thing is great. I get more travel, and they are angled for flex. It also bolts onto the stock mounts. I paid $25 for it. Here is a link to the special price on their site. You do need the lower mounts too though. I think I paid $50 for those.

OK thanks. Looking at hoops in the front and frenching in outboards in the back as long as it is down to its birthday suit "bare frame" would be easiest to do it now.
