My YJ! So far so good..

So heres a few pics of her in the garage. Got a lot accomplished last night and there is still a LOT to do. I love workin this damn thing over a Diesel truck... SO EASY.

Puttin 33's on tonight I got used so i can get rid of thsoe damn stockers.

First question... Is it a noobie thing or bad idea to take them damn fender flares off? I wanna run it stripped... so I already think there gonna go. Plans for the jeep is fun an toy.... year round top off kind of thing.

Also what seats ya'll run so they don't hold water. Just cover these or should I get new seats all together. perhaps just recover them?

Looking good, cheapest option for the seats might be covers unless you can recover them your self. Now with the fender flares.... I'm running flareless as of right now just cuz I havnt found the time to do the tj fender flare conversion yet. Anywyas check into your tire coverage laws for your state they may require your fender flares to have full coverage over the tires... so before removing them check out what's legal.

Good point. Makes sense however im sure other than that i'll have bigger issues than tire flare. I will look into it otherwise not to worried. The guy did just put brand new flares on it all the war around too so they are not junk. Im not to worried about the local fuz we don't have that big a town where I live, and most of them are friends or old buddies from school.

As for the seats maybe i'll just save up an get some good wet okele or whatever there called. I like those and just wanna know when it rains I dont' get in the next day with clean pants an ruin it.

So, are you gonna sell your soft top frame? If so, I'd be interested in buying it. I've been looking for a soft top that has full door surrounds.
