Took it out on the road for the first time since August 2011!! Needs a few little tweaks...but it rides AWESOME. I was a little nervous with the lift and bigger tires...but it feels smoother than before.

Not much for narrative...but here's a photo update.

Painted the bumpers and top with Monstaliner...sprayed on the bumpers, rolled on the top.

Bumpers are now installed:

Now we are working on installing the headliner (ran out of adhesive), so far so good:

Looking good Cathleen. Sure is a nice feeling when it comes back together and moves on its own.

Honestly, I'm not real sure...we bought it from somebody on craigslist...he didn't know, and it isn't marked in any way. Sorry!

It is so freaking close to being done... need to reinstall the splash shields, put on new decals, put the mirrors on...get an alignment done. I believe that's it! There were a couple of setbacks... like the new exterior door handle I ordered was defective, so that put things off a week. Then when I went to install the new handle, I was tapping the pin thing to lock it in...and my freshly tinted window...shattered. Definitely starting feeling like it just wasn't meant to be.

This was my first real drive in it...best snow of the year. I was actually heading down to get my brand new passenger side window RE-tinted. In the snow, it was about a 20 minute drive...and I had a grin on my face the entire way Awesome, just awesome.

We're really happy with the interior...

Tires and wheels look good...couldn't seem to really capture it in a picture though...

It has come together exactly as we had hoped.

Looks great!!!! Y'all did a fantastic job. Looks like we finished at about the same time. I had that same feeling you had the first time I drove mine.
