Mystery Part from my '93 YJ ...maybe

Jeep has been apart for almost two years due to a shoulder injury which is almost healed. This 6 3/4 inch sheet metal ring was with the passenger side front end parts, hub, axle, brake disk etc. and I don't know what it is. I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this like it's off my tractor, '65 Chevelle , or one of the others in my "junk yard".
If you people don't recognize it, it will be as much help as if you do. I can put it in my extra large washer bin.hahaha
