need help

just got the skyjacker hydro7000 shocks in but the were not tied down like the shocks I've gotten in the past this is the first time using them not sure if I got bad ones thanks to anyone who can help

Hook em up the top end and use a floor jack to get em close. Then use some if that upper body strength and get the lower mount bolt in.

It sucks to do them that way but it works. The rears are on an angle so that sucks too.

Buy some beer and get some friends over and do a little challenge works every time.

the problem is that they are all the way compressed and I had to pull them out to put in should the have pressure pushing them out cause they don't

They're fine. These are not gas filled shocks so they don't hyper extend. If I understand correctly they are hydraulic shocks and hydraulic shocks will remain compressed or extended when there is no load.

They are fine, only the gas or nitrogen filled shocks have the limiter plastic strap that you have to cut. The Hydro's aren't gas filled. Just install and enjoy. They are a good shock, they just don't rebound as fast as a gas filled shock.
